Le nostre rose sono coltivate nei verdi e soleggiati campi dell'Ecuador. Solo le rose più perfette, belle e vivaci vengono selezionate per essere utilizzate nelle nostre composizioni. Il nostro team di esperti florali esegue quindi una tecnica sofisticata che permette ai fiori di mantenere il loro aspetto fresco e naturale. Invece di lasciarle essiccare, subiscono un processo di reidratazione che prevede di essere immerse in una miscela di glicerina e altri elementi vegetali. Questo liquido sale gradualmente attraverso il gambo trasformando la rosa nel fiore più duraturo sul mercato.
Si noti che le rose di colore metallico (oro, argento, rosa-oro) vengono spruzzate con quel colore e l'applicazione della vernice potrebbe causare crepe e/o macchie sui petali.

I ordered flowers from another company for Valentine’s day and they bungled them. Got these a few days later to make up for the original bungled flower order from the other company and she loved them! 2nd time I’ve ordered from The Million Roses and they’ve been perfect both times.

Spent over £400 on 2 Dozen black roses, how they arrived is beyond a JOKE!!
Even though the advert stated 1 item is 12 black roses and the image was of 24 black roses, I purchased 2 items, 24 black roses. As soon as I made the purchase, I emailed them twice to ask them to bunch them all together, as 1 bouquet, as seen in the image, wouldn’t of been to much of an issue if they were delivered as 2 bouquets, BUT NOOOOOOOO
THEY ARIVED AS SINGLE, INDIVIDUAL ROSES!!!
WHAT ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH THEM !!??🤦♂️ hang around restaurants all night trying to sale them couples enjoying their valentines meal???
So on the day of valentine’s I was driving from florist to florist to see if they would turn these boxes of individual roses in to a bouquet for me, at the added cost of £50!!
Really really poor service. I’ve had to wait over a week to leave a review as it’s not possible via the website, only via a link they emailed.
Don’t get caught out like me!!

“I’m very disappointed with the way I received the roses for my wife on Valentine’s Day. The flowers arrived in poor condition, which was incredibly frustrating for such a special occasion. I expected better quality and care in handling. This experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope the company improves its service in the future. Also, some petals had fallen and roses were not secured in the box. The presentation was poor and did not meet my expectations”.
